Where are you based?
In Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We are a fully remote team and work with clients worldwide.
How do you handle time zones?
We agree on fixed overlap hours at the start of every project and keep you updated in writing.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any confidential information is shared.
Who owns the work?
Once paid in full, you own the deliverables made specifically for you. We keep the rights to our own pre-existing tools and products (e.g. Grafio Sheets) and license them to you as needed.
What are your payment terms?
Invoices are due within 30 days. Larger projects are invoiced in milestones.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, for universities, research institutes, non-profits and early-stage startups.
What languages do you work in?
We currently deliver all our projects, training and documentation in English. Our website is also available in Dutch for your convenience.
Can you support the system after delivery?
Yes, through our Maintenance & Support Plans.
